Alex and his sister, Jackie along with their extended family spends a good portion of their years on the island, still fishing when not entertaining guests.

When in season, you can join in the hunt for lobster or conch, learn how to clean your conch and also help Jackie prepare your fresh sea food meal. We can also take a short swim from off the beach of your private island where sits a healthy coral reef great for snorkeling.
