Maya Vista resort is a small, intimate Belizean owned resort, nestled on over 70 acres of a working farm in the picturesque western district of Cayo.

Interact with friendly Belizeans living and working on site while learning about the traditional Maya life style and rich culture, and tour the surrounding area featuring majestic Maya sites and a variety of beautiful natural attractions.

Getting here is easy.
We are located some 72 miles from the business capital; Belize City – turn right just off the Western Highway. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll arrange to pick you up at the airport or at the water taxi’s in Belize CIty.

We currently offer 2 comfort cottages with AC, complete with double beds and private bathrooms. There is also a dining area and veranda, as well as large yard spaces with seating and gardens placed throughout, all ideal for enjoying the cultural and natural beauty that Belize has to offer.

The property surrounding Nabitunich is a working farm, locally known as San Lorenzo Farms, with domestic cattle, goats, sheep, and horses, as well as beautiful wild birds and a host of organically grown fruits and vegetables.

Our property is located in the "Jungle" as some would put it, which means there will be bugs, birds and other local animals on the premises. We have 10 basic cabins, 5 small cabins which have 2 single beds in the room, and its shared bath.

We have 3 cabins which have a double bed and a bunk bed in the room, also shared bath.

We do have 2 cabins which have a double bed, bunk and a private bath which has a shower and compost toilets. Our Shared Toilets are Compost Toilets.

If you are looking for an adventure, this is the place for you, most of the people that stay here, are out on adventures and don't spend much time in their cabins. We have on the premises a restaurant, a Butterfly Farm & also a 9 Hole Disc Golf Course.
