Save the reef, eat the lion fish!
We had several of Nathalie's wonderful meals while we stayed at Backpacker's Paradise. Rising above the rest was the lion fish. Wow! Nathalie's preparation of it is phenomenal. It was one of the best meals we had in Belize (and we had a lot of great meals in Belize). And better yet, lion fish are an invasive species that are harming other fish on the nearby reef, so eating them helps the reef!
