Seaside Casa has an optional private boat with licensed guide, fishing, diving, snorkeling, tours and more... If interested in boat please inquire for price list. It also has 2 double ... moreseater kayaks and bikes to use free of charge. Seaside Casa is located on the very southern tip of the island, 5 1/2 miles from San PedroTown. This one bedroom suite is ideal for a couple or a family of four. No worries on power outages, we have a solar system and a generator back up. We turn our solar on from 9:00am until 5:00pm. The air conditioning and microwave is available to guests from 5:00pm to 9:00am.
The suite features a queen size bed (in the one bedroom) and its own private ensuite bathroom. The living room has a full sleeper sofa to accommodate two more persons. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Just off the outside large covered patio is a full bathroom and a small private infinity pool to cool off on a hot tropical day. The pool has a swim up bar area and a BBQ grill. There is also a beautiful Palapa at the end of the private pier that is a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view and various fish and birds. If you are an early riser you will be able see all the fishermen passing by going out to sea to catch their daily fresh fish, to sell to the restaurants for that evening.

The home is fully furnished with a queen size bed, linens, towels, dishes, and appliances (washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc.). Cable television and mobile phone are provided. You can purchase phone cards in town for use with the phone. If you don’t wish to cook your own meals, we can arrange for a catering service to shop and cook Belize or American cuisine for you. Parking for golf carts is available inside the 1.25 meter fence with a locking gate. Additional restaurants, grocery stores and internet access are within 1 to 1.5 miles.
