It also has 2 double ... moreseater kayaks and bikes to use free of charge. Seaside Casa is located on the very southern tip of the island, 5 1/2 miles from San PedroTown. This one bedroom suite is ideal for a couple or a family of four. No worries on power outages, we have a solar system and a generator back up. We turn our solar on from 9:00am until 5:00pm. The air conditioning and microwave is available to guests from 5:00pm to 9:00am.
The suite features a queen size bed (in the one bedroom) and its own private ensuite bathroom. The living room has a full sleeper sofa to accommodate two more persons. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Just off the outside large covered patio is a full bathroom and a small private infinity pool to cool off on a hot tropical day. The pool has a swim up bar area and a BBQ grill. There is also a beautiful Palapa at the end of the private pier that is a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view and various fish and birds. If you are an early riser you will be able see all the fishermen passing by going out to sea to catch their daily fresh fish, to sell to the restaurants for that evening.

This 2-story home can be rented as 2 separate units. Both floors have open kitchen, dining, and living areas. The first floor is 1,250 square feet with three bedrooms and one full bathroom. A second outdoor shower and bathroom near the pool is only steps away from the front entrance to the lower level. You will enjoy a private pool and patio area with lounge chairs, a teak padded furniture set and outdoor dining table. The large sandy beach area is complete with palm trees, tropical foliage, beach volleyball, bbq, fire pit, and a 300' dock extending into turquoise waters with palapa. We have 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks for you to use and explore!
The villa can sleep up to 18 with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3 kitchens and 3 living areas. We have a 1-1/2' thick solid hand made mahogany dining table on the 1st floor to accommodate your dinner parties. We welcome families, couples, singles, children of all ages and of course wedding parties. There is wifi and televisions on every level.
Our Luxury Suite is a completely separate on the 3rd floor, with a king sized bed, its own living room, kitchen and large bath area. The suite walks out to our rooftop lounge area with a palapa roof and unbelievable views of the sea. When we made the decision to operate and own a Caribbean lodge, we began searching for the perfect location. We wanted a lodge that was far enough south to avoid most of the adverse effects of the relentless winter cold fronts that so often plague south Florida and the Bahamas, but that offered the same sort of amazing sight fishing opportunities that these great fisheries provide.
What we found was paradise, facing the second largest barrier reef in the world and only 4 miles south of San Pedro, Belize.
Our 6700 square foot lodge offers the highest level of comfort and amenities needed to entertain the non-fishing members of your family or circle of friends, allowing you to escape to the flats without guilt.
We start with the six private staterooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, tile shower and personally controlled air conditioning. Each room has custom made Belizean mahogany furniture, tile floors and are tastefully decorated with local artwork and carvings.
