As you enter into the open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area there's a bedroom to the right and left. Each having their own private access to the huge verandah that overlooks the pool. Stairs lead up to the master bedroom with access to a third story verandah. Enjoy the private outdoor shower as well.
Laguna Tramonto is located in Maya Beach close to Jaguars Lanes. Walking distance to Maya Beach Bistro. Rent a bike to explore further. It is also just 15 minutes north of Placencia Village. A 20-minute drive south takes you off the peninsula to horseback riding, ATVs adventures, waterfalls, zip lining, and hiking.

The houses, completed in 2014, are on a private oversized Beach Front lot. The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk down the beach to Placencia village with its restaurants and shops. The homes are a contemporary comfortable style perfect for couples or families.
We pride ourselves on having very clean properties. Air conditioning in every room, WIFI, and internet are all included. Every bedroom has a full beach view, its own private tiled bathroom with two sinks, air conditioning if the breezes just don't do it for you, and a fan overhead on the Rosa wood ceilings. Each house has a living room open to the dining area and kitchen, furnished in comfortable modern furniture either imported from the US or handcrafted of Mahogany locally.
