This cozy beach house is just north of Maya Beach Hotel, adjacent to the Flip Flop Palace Suites. It is divided into three private units, including a beach-level 1-bedroom king apartment, ... morean upper balcony suite, and a backpacker room.
The Main floor unit of the house has a large living room with a futon (max 2 children), a full kitchen, a big balcony right on the beach, a king bedroom, AC, bathroom with double vanity.
The Upper unit also has a nice big balcony with views over the Caribbean. It’s more efficiency-sized, with a queen air conditioned bedroom and small kitchenette .
The Junior unit is our bargain “backpacker” unit. It is just a room, really, with tiled floors, its own bathroom, kitchenette and A/C.

The home features a cistern under the house which collects ... morerainwater which is very effective. An electric pump pumps water into the house and there’s good pressure. The cistern has a water filter attached as well. There is an A/C unit on the second floor and wires for one on the third floor. A well-established thatch boathouse is located on the left and behind it the canal, which leads to the lagoon. A shed is also available on the property. This house comes fully furnished which includes gym equipment’s and a car.
