Description / Objective
The Office Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper is responsible for handling both administrative and financial tasks within an organization. This role combines clerical duties with basic accounting functions. The position involves managing office operations, providing support to staff, and maintaining accurate financial records.
 
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities typically include:
  • Providing administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks like data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintaining financial records, generating reports, and assisting with budgeting.
  • Offering general office support and contributing to a positive work environment.
 
Min Qualifications / Requirements
  • Min Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related programs.
  • Proven experience in office administration, including data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and strong email etiquette.
