Passengers are allowed a small/light weight freight of items not exceeding 150lbs. All items must be properly packaged and checked in 30 minutes before a scheduled departure.

  • All reservations can be rescheduled up to one day before the departure date. 
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.
  • Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time listed by San Pedro Belize Express.

How to Book
1. Submit a booking request for water taxi tickets. Specify your depature date. All bookings have the flexibility to reschedule up to 1 day before the departure date. 

You must submit the title + first name and last name + date of birth for of the main contact.

Your water taxi transporation will be with San Pedro Belize Express.  

2. Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, a Belizing customer service agent will accept your request and book your tickets. The booking details and ticket vouchers will be emailed to you.

Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the selected departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.

  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
