Tax included in rates. A minimum of two days rental is required at book. Please book between 9 AM and 5PM, at least 24 hours before service is needed. These rates include free delivery at the local Placencia airstrip. We may do offsite deliveries /pick up with an added fee.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
Terms & Conditions
About Receiving the cart:
  • It is imperative that the renter or drivers are physically present to endorse the golf cart rental agreement.
  • Please be mindful that your credit card is linked to charges associated with tardy returns, damages, and refueling. 
  • If this is a group booking with multiple carts and different drivers, please inform us whether the same card used for the reservation will also be used for refueling, late fees, damages, and any other fees related to the rental period.
  • Each cart will have a card associated with it, and we can accept one or multiple cards for this purpose. 
  • Take a moment to carefully review the rental agreement.
  • While the cart is equipped with legally mandated insurance, we do not provide additional coverage such as liability insurance.
  • It is the renter's full responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of the cart.
  • In the event of an accident, promptly notify us at (+501629 9602) or contact the local Placencia police at (+5015033142). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Reservation Policy
To confirm any reservation a valid Master Card, or Visa credit card is required at booking.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy 
  • We appreciate your trust in us and we promise to provide you with peace of mind when you book with Barefoot Services.
  • We encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance to cover cancellation fees or date changes or unforeseen circumstances, we have no control over.

DEPOSIT POLICY
  • To confirm your booking, a payment may be required.
  • Barefoot Services reserves the right to charge client’s credit card a reservation deposit
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
  • Cancellations received more than 15 days prior to service begin date receive 85% refund.
  • Cancellations received within 15 days of service begin date receive 65% refund
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of service begin date receive 45% refund
  • Cancellations received within 3 days of service begin date receive no refund
