Swan Villas is a brand-new construction along the lagoon side of the Placencia Peninsula. The small town of Maya Beach is a mile north and Placencia Village is about seven miles south, though you only have to walk the 75 short yards to the beach to truly relax here! You will immediately notice the unique appearance of the homes, which were designed inside and out by a famous architect.
Each bedroom offers both a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. During your stay, you will also enjoy air conditioning, plus WiFi access so you can easily post your vacation pictures online and stay in touch with your family and friends.
You will also have access to a variety of amenities to make your stay even more special. Make sure to bring your swimsuit, because you will want to take a dip in the gorgeous infinity-edge pool. You could also take a short walk down to the beach, where you can stroll along the perfectly soft sand, splash around the shallow water, and sunbathe from the shore.
