Description / Objective
As LetsGoBelizing Ltd. expands its reservations department, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team. Your role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting unforgettable travel experiences. From coordinating bookings to ensuring customer satisfaction, you'll play a vital part in our mission to provide top-notch service.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle reservations and bookings for travel experiences and services offered by LetsGoBelizing Ltd.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to assist with their travel needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions using our systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of travel services.
  • Keep abreast of product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers with their travel plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Any other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the reservations department.
 
Min Qualifications / Requirements
  • Possess an Associate’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, reservations management, concierge services, marketing, or tourism and hospitality.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including the use of online applications for completing tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English to deliver exceptional customer service.
