In keeping with our vision of being the Bakery of choice, it is the mission of the family and our employees to provide superior bakery, whole breads, pastries and wedding cakes. Having achieved these goals our next step is to strive to provide the best customer service that entails not only a smile but fast and efficient service and at the most competitive prices.
Today, Casa Pan Dulce Bakery comprises of over 90 employees nationwide. They range from the noble bakers who come in the wee hours to start the process to the sales clerks at the outlets, to the packaging team, to the trucks who hit the roads early for deliveries and at the end of the day the sanitation team who come in to prepare the premises for the next day and finally to the technicians who come in the evenings for routine preventive maintenance. They all play an equally important role and as such, each and every employee is considered an integral part of this dynamic team that make things happen.
General Information
Casa Pan Dulce Bakery being at the forefront of the baking industry, we use only the best ingredients available. Our bakers and cake decorators are highly motivated with constant training and seminars be provided to them. Our friendly staff at our outlets periodically go thru customer service training and presently a new bakery software is being introduced for faster and efficient service to our customers as well as for order taking.
We adhere to strict quality standards and full compliance with the laws as required by The Belize Bureau of Standards. Casa Pan Dulce Bakery is the only Bakery in the country to use biodegradable packaging because helping to preserve the beautiful environment of Belize is paramount to us.
Casa Pan Dulce Bakery prides itself in being a company that consider itself a good corporate citizen and outstanding partner with the various charitable organizations. The highest standards of ethical conduct thru good business practices is a must.
