| Pickup | Pick-up along the peninsula from Placencia into Monkey River Village. The only place we don't pick up from is Nia's Resort because their entrance goes in and it's difficult for the boat to get in. For guests staying at Nia's a taxi service can be arranged. - Cancellations made 15 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy: There are no refunds for no-shows.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance via email to qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
Refund Process: All refunds will be processed in accordance with Belizing.com’s refund policy and issued through their platform to the original method of payment.
Communication: All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and verification.
