How to Book
1. Submit your flight request to book your departure and return flight dates. All bookings have the flexibility to reschedule up to one hour before departure. You must submit the first name, last name, and date of birth for each passenger. For inbound flights, we will recommend a departure time of about 1 hour after your arrival in Belize. If there are any delays, we can reschedule your flight to the next available flight; one hour is usually enough time. Your flight will be with Tropic Air, the leading provider of domestic flights in Belize. 2. Confirmation: Once your preferred departure and return flight dates and times are confirmed with you, our customer service agent will accept your request and book your tickets. Your flight details will be emailed to you. All flights are guaranteed once availability is confirmed and your tickets are booked. Bookings are refundable up to 24 hours before the departure date; Or, can be rescheduled for no penalty in most cases.

- Cancellations made before 1 days after Booking will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
Flight Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the departure date. All cancellation inquiries must be made to support@belizing.com.
If you are experiencing any delays with your international flight, let us know as soon as possible in order to have your tickets rescheduled for the next available flight. Reschedules are free in most cases, but dependent on availability only and can be made up to an hour before your confirmed flight time.
If you miss the last flight of the day, we will reschedule you for the next day. However, we cannot provide any refunds or any reimbursement for hotel stays or other costs incurred due to a missed flight.
