Behind the name and the cabanas is the energetic owner, Ruthie, who welcomes guests by saying ?My home is your home!? Her openness and hospitality can make staying here more like a homestay than just a hotel rental, or if you need quiet and space to relax, the place is ideal for that too. Guests can enjoy meals at her kitchen table and get a feeling for what living in a Garifuna home is like.
