NOTE: Kindly note your booking invoice that states "RESERVED" highlights that we are in receipt of your reservation. After your reservation has been made you will receive a confirmation email from the General Manager that will verify your departure date and time. After payment has been collected via credit card or cash, you will receive another Booking Invoice that states "PAID".

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation notified 30 days, equal to or greater than, to the date of your booked Tour will result in Full Refund.
2. Cancellation notified 14 days, equal to or greater than, to the date of your booked Tour will result in 50% of payment being refunded.
3. Cancellation notified 7 days, equal to or less than, the date of your booked at Tour Company – No Refund
4. All rates & taxes subject to change.
5. All cancellations must be made in writing and received within the time specified. Approved refunds will be issued in the form of cash, credit card or cheque. There will be no refunds for no shows, early departures, late arrivals, or unused portions of consumptions, activities, or services and special offers are non-refundable. If cancellation received greater than 30 days prior to date of arrival then full refund will be made. There will be no refunds due to airline delays or acts of GOD, including weather-related problems.
