Discover the highlights in the area on your private catamaran! We start the tour with snorkeling at Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. Hol Chan has the largest variety of species to be ... moreseen in the area and is often compared to an aquarium, while at Shark Ray Alley you get to experience a close encounter with nurse sharks and stingrays. Watch from the boat or swim with them!

We then stop at the neighboring island Caye Caulker for approx. 2 hours of free time to explore the island and lunch at a restaurant of your choice.

After this we make another snorkel stop at the Coral Gardens area.

You can also choose to add our famous Belizean buffet to be served onboard instead, before arriving at Caye Caulker.

Then we can do the stop shorter on Caye Caulker (1 hour approx) and do one more snorkel stop, or stop at a shallow sandbar area on our return.

For groups of 8 guests or less, it is possible to do fishing instead as the last activity.

We finish the day with a sunset cruise while we serve you fresh ceviche. Enjoy the sunset over the open water, then watch Ambergris Caye change into its nocturnal aspect and hopefully, also the first stars!
Open bar with local rum, vodka, gin, soft drinks and juices is included. Try the specials, rum punch and "panty rippers"!

Here we make a break to relax in the shallow warm water, while the crew prepares our famous Belizean buffet on-board. Traditional dishes like stewed chicken and rice and beans with our Captain’s secret recipe BBQ fish! After lunch, we return South doing a second snorkel stop at Tres Cocos. ATM CAVE TOUR Taking a journey into the Mayan underworld at Actun Tunichil Muknal, or the “Cave of the Stone Sepulchre”, will be one of the most enlightening, epic, and unique experiences ... moreof your life. Leave the world of the living behind as you venture into the heart of the ATM Cave with your licensed guide. Recently deemed the #1 Sacred Cave destination in the world by National Geographic, the ATM cave is not only beautiful geologically, with its crystalline stalactites and stalagmites, but also historically, as is a natural museum of ancient Mayan artifacts, as well as a sacred burial place. This is the final resting place of the “Crystal Maiden”, an ancient Mayan ceremonial victim, as well as the remains of 13 other sacrificed men, women, and children. MayaWalk guides have led government officials, National Geographic teams, the Discovery Channel, The British High Commission, and US Embassy officials into the ATM Cave.

This sacrificial site is accessed by approximately an hour's drive from our office in San Ignacio. Here we enter the Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve and park our vehicles at the ranger post. From this point on we are on foot, hiking through the jungle for approximately 45 minutes to the entrance of the cave. The hike includes three stream crossings. To access the cave, we swim across a small spring-fed pool with the assistance of a rope and wade into knee-high water into the dark underworld of the cave that allows us access to the extensive underground maze of tunnels, passageways, and chambers, climaxing in the ceremonial chamber housing stoneware, ceramics and the famed crystallized skeleton of the “Crystal Maiden”. We spend approximately 3 hours in the cave under the instruction of our experienced guides.

Leave your cameras behind and experience the power of ancient spirits with your mind, body, and soul. This is not only a physical adventure but a journey into the spiritual realm. We enter back into the jungle world and hike to our vehicles, where we relax and enjoy a homemade picnic lunch, with water and soft drinks, before driving back to San Ignacio.

Our Journey starts from San Pedro (Ambergris Caye) where you will get your boat tickets (the boat ride consists of one hour & 30 minutes, Water Taxi transfer from San Pedro to ... moreBelize City in which you will be able to see Caye Caulker, Caye Chapel and much more, arriving in Belize city water taxi terminal, where you will meet your tour guide. From there you board a private vehicle with your guide as you begin your road trip on the George Price Highway to Xunantunich (which is approx one hour and a half driving) explore the site, have lunch, and head to Caves Branch. The Mayans made use of the land and its terrains, as they did so above the surface they also did so below the surface. The Mayans believed that the caves were an entrance to Xibalba “a place of fear” related to death. It is completely so because the Mayans used the caves to perform death rituals and also the river flowing through these caves provided a secret passageway to ambush enemies.

Cave Tubing into a cave system at Caves Branch. After reaching the Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve you will hike for about 30 minutes through the Belize Rain Forest and through a couple of dry caves until you come to the opening of the first cave through which the underground Caves Branch river flows. This is where the REAL fun begins as you will be assisted in getting into your inner tube to begin floating through the caves. It's a short but amazing journey of about 45 minutes to an hour. Our tubes with headrests are linked so there is no need to hold onto someone else's feet and you are guided by a licensed and experienced tour guide :) At the end of the tour, we will head back to the water taxi terminal.
