Located 30 miles off the coast of Belize, our private island resorts offers 22 beautiful room accomodations with spectacular ocean views, outdoor private showers and screened in porches for you to rest while watching the sunset. 

Each air-conditioned villa at Turneffe Island Resort features a seating area, panoramic ocean views and beautiful mahogany and teak floors. The rooms boast a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Turneffe Island Resort offers activity packages based on their guest's preferences. For avid scuba divers and snorkelers the resort is located just 30 miles from the world-famous Great Blue Hole offering incredible packages that include diving or snorkeling this bucketlist location. For fishermen, the resort is located just minutes away from the flats where you can chase a grand slam, and if you're lucky hook a tarpon, permit and bonefish in a day. 

Turneffe Island Resort is a 1.5-hour boat ride from Belize City. Based on their packages, they offer airport transfers from Philip SW Goldson International Airport or the Municipal Airport to the marina where their boat transfer is docked; it is about 15-20min ride.

Room hygiene: Each accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay. While guests are on island, we will tailor our housekeeping procedures based on each guest’s preference and will offer full service, limited service, or a daily linen delivery.
Linens and towels: Linens, robes, and towels are changed after every stay. These items are washed at the highest temperatures, sanitized, and completely dried before reuse.

We accommodate partial refunds with appropriate notice, as per the schedule below. We recommend you purchase travel insurance in the event of any unforeseen delays or cancellations.

60+ days before your arrival: Eligible for a 90% refund of total.
40–59 days before your arrival: Eligible for a 75% refund of total.
15–39 days before your arrival: Eligible for a 50% refund of total.
14 days before your arrival: Not eligible for a refund.
Weather cancellation: Not eligible for a refund.

COVID19 flexible cancellation policy: If you need to cancel due to COVID19 related issues we will refund you 100% of your payment made for reservations until Dec. 18th, 2020.
