We are just a few minutes away from the center of the Caye Caulker Village. It is an easy walking distance, but when you arrive with luggage, take a golf-cart taxi. There are plenty of them and they are affordable. Our villa has a downstairs and Upstairs unit for you to enjoy, and is fully equipped with two bedrooms available, kitchen, bathroom and living area.
The kitchen is equipped with full stove, big refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery you need. Though, with the large number of good restaurants on the island in walking distance, offering local and international fare, you may be dining a lot! They are reasonably priced.
Each bedroom sleeps two people. Upstairs Unit has two queen beds. Both bedrooms has new A/C units and fans. The walk into town is lovely & sleepy, about a half a mile depending on where you want to go. If you are not walking type, then you can use our 4 complimentary bikes. We have a newly built pool, this is shared among the other guests

This is a tiny home, set on the outskirts of Hopkins Village, just past GariMaya Gift Shop. We strive to ensure you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay and if something isn't available, just tell us. Either we will get it or we can't but we can chat about it. Our objective is to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as we can make it.
We use locally sourced artwork, furniture, blankets, appliances wherever possible. We have a yardman come at least once a week to keep the yard looking great and we provide a once a week housekeeper for those staying longer than 1 week. This service is provided at no charge to our guests. The housekeeper will clean the bathroom as well as change all the linens. Any other cleaning you may want to be done please arrange with the cleaning lady at your own discretion.
We provide a coffee pot, kettle, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, cups and glasses, cooking utensils, towels.
Wi-Fi, hot water, air conditioning, and most importantly privacy. For a better price than anywhere else around.
