The houses, completed in 2014, are on a private oversized Beach Front lot. The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk down the beach to Placencia village with its restaurants and shops. The homes are a contemporary comfortable style perfect for couples or families.
We pride ourselves on having very clean properties. Air conditioning in every room, WIFI, and internet are all included. Every bedroom has a full beach view, its own private tiled bathroom with two sinks, air conditioning if the breezes just don't do it for you, and a fan overhead on the Rosa wood ceilings. Each house has a living room open to the dining area and kitchen, furnished in comfortable modern furniture either imported from the US or handcrafted of Mahogany locally. The living rooms have large sliding glass doors that open up to each home's veranda and look out over the pool to the ocean beyond.
The open Livingroom/ dining area comes fully furnished with a full-service Kitchen, A/C, and ceiling fans. The living area has a couch and chairs along with a secluded reading nook. ... moreThe kitchen has a built-in custom-made bar with four bar stools. The master bedroom has 1 Queen captain's bed with A/C and a Ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin custom-made captain bed complete with A/C. The house comes equipped with two full-size bathrooms and showers. There is an air mattress in the loft for an additional sleeping area. Most of the living quarters are on the second floor. Special amenities include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, Keurig, and lots of kitchen accessories. A Kayak and two fishing poles are in the garage. Attached to the back of the house is a screened-in veranda. The very fine mesh of the veranda lets nothing in but the sounds of the Belizean wildlife.
