One of the king bedrooms also features an outdoor shower. The 5th bedroom holds two single beds (can be made into a kingsize bed), spa tub and outdoor shower. Two spacious living rooms provide comfortable entertainment space and each have 60' LED TVs, surround sound and Blu Ray/DVD players.
A wet bar is conveniently located next to the lower living area. Indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat 10 for your formal or casual meals. This 2-story home can be rented as 2 separate units. Both floors have open kitchen, dining, and living areas. The first floor is 1,250 square feet with three bedrooms and one full bathroom. A second outdoor shower and bathroom near the pool is only steps away from the front entrance to the lower level. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third room has bunk beds that comfortably sleep 6.
