A 20 foot Internet tower and Apple TV( with Netflix) keeps you connected. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a safe in the closet, the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Ocean views, and located on a canal, Royale Manor is complete with a 41 ft. slip, with access to the ocean only a half block away. There is a shared laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board and clothes line for bathing suits and beach towels. You even have your own driveway with remote control gate and there is an alarm. While the main part of the house is a two bedroom house, there is a one bedroom cottage suite on the property. They both can be rented if two couples are travelling together. Why confine yourself to a hotel room when you can live beautifully with more space and amenities in a lovely home? This is an adult oriented property.
The yard, palapa, pool and BBQ are available for your enjoyment. There are lots of chairs and tables around, so that you can enjoy the outdoors. The laundry room is for the use of the staff predominantly, but we are happy to share, as long as the units are available for check-outs. There is a line for hanging bathing suits and beach towels (which are supplied). Bicycles can be rented for a nominal fee,
Don't swim in the canal due to crocodiles. There are iguanas that wonder through the property from time to time. Just ignore them, and they'll continue on their trek. Don't encourage them, as they eat the plants.
