This bright and beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is located on the ground floor of our 3 unit home. This ocean front unit offers incredible sunrise views, lovely Caribbean breezes, and plenty of space to lounge and relax. You’ll be just steps from the pool with a private fenced in yard and several palm trees for shade. The pool and yard are shared among the other units in the house yet is private for our property.
We have two lovely, very well socialized dogs who roam the property and bask in the sun all day. Of course our dogs will not be inside your unit, but as this property is their home it will not be suitable for anyone who doesn't like dogs.

The home is raised off the ground, a small staircase leads to the front door entrance of the Lower unit from the road/private parking. The bedroom is behind the kitchen and both living, and bedroom are cooled with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans.
