This is a tiny home, set on the outskirts of Hopkins Village, just past GariMaya Gift Shop. We strive to ensure you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay and if something isn't available, just tell us. Either we will get it or we can't but we can chat about it. Our objective is to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as we can make it.
We use locally sourced artwork, furniture, blankets, appliances wherever possible. We have a yardman come at least once a week to keep the yard looking great and we provide a once a week housekeeper for those staying longer than 1 week. This service is provided at no charge to our guests. The housekeeper will clean the bathroom as well as change all the linens. Any other cleaning you may want to be done please arrange with the cleaning lady at your own discretion.
We provide a coffee pot, kettle, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, cups and glasses, cooking utensils, towels.
Wi-Fi, hot water, air conditioning, and most importantly privacy. For a better price than anywhere else around.
We have had guests stay for a few days and others have stayed for months.
We live and work on the property so are always available to answer questions and provide information. But we also recognize that you are on vacation so we leave you alone as much or as little as you like.

The houses, completed in 2014, are on a private oversized Beach Front lot. The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk down the beach to Placencia village with its restaurants and shops. The homes are a contemporary comfortable style perfect for couples or families.
We pride ourselves on having very clean properties. Air conditioning in every room, WIFI, and internet are all included. Every bedroom has a full beach view, its own private tiled bathroom with two sinks, air conditioning if the breezes just don't do it for you, and a fan overhead on the Rosa wood ceilings. Each house has a living room open to the dining area and kitchen, furnished in comfortable modern furniture either imported from the US or handcrafted of Mahogany locally.
