Kitchen has most of the amenities of a modern home. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other two queens. Large closets, 2 sinks and large walk-in glass block showers are part of each bedroom. Each Bedroom has a porch out the French doors with seating for two.
There is a spacious living room which also has doors that open to the pool area.The day time temperature is usually in the 80's most of the year, but with the french doors open off the front verandah and a usually steady breeze off the ocean you will stay comfortable without air conditioning

Diamond Reef is located six and a half miles north of San Pedro in a gorgeous and secluded area directly in front of the popular Mexico Rocks Reef Diving Reserve. The dazzling turquoise ... morewaters are exquisite. It’s just like a postcard!
It is secluded and quiet, but by no means remote. Other Villas and resorts sharing this stretch of beach, include Casa Rana (two houses south), 18 Degrees North (one lot North), Costa Blu Resort and Portofino just south and Blue Reef and X’Tan Ha just North.
After our first trip to Ambergris Caye, my wife and I returned at least seven or eight times before decided to build Diamond Reef. Diamond Reef is a small resorts consisting of two 2 bedroom condos and one 3 bedroom condo.
All of the condos are beachfront units with large 24x12 foot verandas overlooking the Caribbean Sea. We offer complimentary two man Kayaks that can be taken out to the reef and snorkel everyday as much as we wish. And it’s all free!
The condos were designed in the Spanish style, befitting the Caribbean location. Arches grace the verandas and doorways throughout the Condos. Elegant Mexican tile work accents all the floors both inside and out, again in keeping with the Caribbean theme.
We have arguable, one of the finest natural beaches on the Island. Wishing to preserve the natural beauty of the area, we resisted building sea walls. Instead, our architect and building contractor, carefully angled the condos 12 degrees north. This position not only catches the cooling effect of the prevailing trade wind but also creates a more expansive natural beach stretching from the front of the condos to the water as can be seen from the photos. There may only be a handful of locations, if any, that can match this in size or natural splendor.
Away from the hustle and bustle of town, it is quiet and safe, providing that dream vacation that you would wish. With only three condos, the huge private beach and pier are virtually yours to enjoy during your stay. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or for the family who doesn’t want to worry about the kids.

The house is completely air conditioned, but many guests love to enjoy the breeze. There is a full kitchen and spacious living area. Cable and internet are available free of charge. You will find 2 bedrooms on the first level and the third bedroom on the second level. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a Day Bed En suite, walking wardrobe plus a door onto the front deck looking over the ocean. The second bedroom has a double bed and has a beautiful view of the ocean! separate bathroom. The upstairs Junior En suite includes a double bed, double sofa futon, sitting area with fantastic views of the reef. Comfortable for 6 persons. A real home away from home in the Caribbean.
Tres Cocos is the best neighborhood on the island... Please use our pictures to answer questions... The house is 9 and 1/2 min. from the San Pedro airport and 3 and 1/2 min. from the ... morebridge by golf cart. There are many grocery stores, banks, hardware stores, restaurants and bars on the island. Golf Cart and Bikes are the main sources of transportation on the island. The dock in front of the house has a man made reef under it for snorkeling. Closer to the shore is very shallow and great for kids to snorkel. Under the dock is loaded with sea-life. The north side of the dock is for swimmers only and south is for boats only. The dock has floats and inner-tubes for relaxing. Sun, water fun, and relaxation await in this comfortable two bedroom, two full bath front upper unit with a gorgeous Caribbean view to the East from the second floor veranda. The ocean front wrap around veranda is perfect for lounging after an exciting day of diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing or sailing and has a spectacular view of the second largest barrier reef in the world. This home is directly in front of the Tiki Maya Bar.
