Also, try and experience cooking like a Local. A local grocery store and dining within walking distance, just a 2 minutes walk away from the beautiful Lagoon. Transfer available by bus or private car to the location.
We have located 32 miles north of Belize City, a very tranquil environment so many species of beautiful birds are found in this area you can come to spend the night and wake up early to do a bird watching tour. Our cozy 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom home is located 2 minute walk from the beautiful lagoon and located a few minutes away from shops, dining, and the museum. Our home is newly built and is fully furnished and has everything available to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We offer transfer to and from our location at very reasonable rates but you can also catch the bus to the village and for your return and catch the same bus back to the city as the local bus leaves early in the mornings. Upon request, home cook meals can be available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but we have a fully equipped kitchen to make your own meal and 2 minutes away from the location there is a family member who hosts a Kriol cooking class for local dishes, for more details and cost please message us.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, fridge, coffee machine, and all the other necessary utensils. One of the perks is a double-level veranda which offers a beautiful view over the neighborhood and the sea and is a perfect spot to relax. If you have enough of diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, or other activities, you can entertain yourself with a small library, smart TV (including Firestick), and wireless Internet. Or just hang out on the veranda with a cold beer or some Caribbean rum.

The cabana is a studio built on posts about 10 feet above the ground. This means more breeze, better views, fewer bugs, a shady place under the house, and dry feet during a tropical shower. In the house are one queen bed and a futon couch. The futon can be used for 1 adult or 2 children, so the cabana suits a maximum of 3 adults or a family of 4 with children under 12.
The kitchen is fully equipped (see amenities for specifics). The breezy veranda is a perfect spot to read, watch birds or relax in the hammock. If you have enough of the diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, or other activities on the island you can entertain yourself with a small library, a selection of board- and card games, smart TV (including Firestick), and WiFi.
