Guests who stay in the Bungalow are on their own private 15 acre parcel but have access to all 70 acres at Pineapple Hill with miles of jungle trails, orchards with tropical fruits (pick your own), an aquaponic project, the jungle deep pool.
We provide basic Breakfast items for your FIRST MORNING in the event that you did not have time to food shop on arrival day. All condiments are provided so, you just need to shop for the main ingredients of a meal.

An open floor plan with large living /dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar and lots of counter space, 2 door fridge, 4 burner stove with self cleaning oven and over the stove microwave, completes the main area. All appliances are stainless steel; cookware, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and blender, as well as 5 gallons of Crystal drinking water are included. A 36,000 BTU air conditioner keeps the main area cool. The two bedrooms each have air conditioners, and the house has 5 overhead fans. This is the tropics! A 20 foot Internet tower and Apple TV( with Netflix) keeps you connected. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a safe in the closet, the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Ocean views, and located on a canal, Royale Manor is complete with a 41 ft. slip, with access to the ocean only a half block away. There is a shared laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board and clothes line for bathing suits and beach towels. You even have your own driveway with remote control gate and there is an alarm. While the main part of the house is a two bedroom house, there is a one bedroom cottage suite on the property. They both can be rented if two couples are travelling together. Why confine yourself to a hotel room when you can live beautifully with more space and amenities in a lovely home? This is an adult oriented property.
The yard, palapa, pool and BBQ are available for your enjoyment. There are lots of chairs and tables around, so that you can enjoy the outdoors. The laundry room is for the use of the staff predominantly, but we are happy to share, as long as the units are available for check-outs. There is a line for hanging bathing suits and beach towels (which are supplied). Bicycles can be rented for a nominal fee,
Don't swim in the canal due to crocodiles. There are iguanas that wonder through the property from time to time. Just ignore them, and they'll continue on their trek. Don't encourage them, as they eat the plants.

The balcony on the east side of the property faces the Caribbean across the cleared, unused, beach front lot that is also part of the property and is available for the guests' use.

Our home is a downstairs flat with the cozy feel of the Caribbean breeze. It is fully furnished, with Linens provided. The kitchen has its basic necessities so you can have the comfort of preparing your meals if you choose to. We provide wireless internet and cable.
Guests will have access to the entire flat of the home which is three bedrooms, one and a half bath, a living, dining room, home office, and kitchen. The master bedroom, the living room, and dining area are air-conditioned and two rooms are equipped with fans. We have a side patio area that guests can relax and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze.
We are very family-oriented and we are always busy with activities, but we will always be available for a chat and for any assistance needed. We provide a prepaid phone to our guests so that they can contact us whenever they need to do so.
My family lives upstairs. We are all adults so we are relatively quiet except for footsteps you might hear when we are home moving around.
Our neighborhood is quiet, nice, within walking distance from downtown where you can find banks, shopping, tourist area, and water taxis to the islands. The seafront is about 30 yards from our home. You can sit on the sea wall and enjoy the Caribbean Sea and the entire bay view.
The best way to get around is by renting a car or taking a cab. If you let us know your desires we would be happy to assist you in making your stay enjoyable. We can also arrange tours for you..
The home is fully fenced with an alarm system for your safety. We love that colonial look and our home is modern with lots of colonial flavors.

All apartment has A/C in every room, king size super comfy beds, flat-screen smart TV and free WIFI. The kitchens are fully equipped: there is a big fridge with freezer, stove with oven all along with all the useful kitchenware for cooking any local dishes with our private chef or cool your Belikin beer in the fridge.
We do provide soap shampoo and shower gel along with towels and bedding.
Our apartments located 10 steps away from the sea in the middle of the city center where you can enjoy the Caribbean vibrancy even in your private pool. We have a breathtaking view of the seafront and our dock from the balcony in all of our apartments.
Our apartment has a private garden with palm trees, a table, and chairs around your private pool, where you can have your breakfast, drink your morning coffee, or just sit back and relax on the sunbeds.
Our well-located beachfront paradise right next to Sandy toes, within a few minutes walk you can reach some more amazing restaurants and bars( found out more in our guidebook). There is a gym around the corner (3 minutes away), they do open at 6 am every day.
Once you arrived, you will feel the atmosphere straight away, and I’m sure you will feel for it.
The locals are super helpful, friendly, and English-speaking, they here for you to make your holiday more amazing.
