For those planning to travel to the islands, we offer the flexibility to include water taxi tickets as part of your transfer package. These tickets can be redeemed at the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi terminal, ensuring a seamless transition to your island destination.

Our Fleet:

• Toyota Hiace 2024: Accommodates up to 12 passengers plus luggage. Travel in style and comfort with this modern and spacious van.
• Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2019: Accommodates up to 17 passengers plus luggage. Ideal for larger groups, this van offers a refined and smooth ride.

All prices are in US dollars. Base rate includes up to 4 passengers. If you have more than 4 passengers, you will need to add additional per-passenger fees for each passenger after the 4th passenger. Shuttle prices are ONE WAY ONLY. Ask about our discounts for booking a roundtrip or multiple destination trips!

Thank you for choosing Belize Ground Shuttle for your ground shuttle needs! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and apply to all reservations made through our website, phone, or email. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reservations:

• To reserve a shuttle, you must provide all necessary details, including your name, contact information, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and flight number (if necessary).
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept the following payment methods:

1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
2. Debit card

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:

• Full Refund (minus a 3% credit card processing fee): If you cancel your reservation 24 hours or more before your scheduled departure time.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your departure time or for no-shows.

Natural Disasters or Illness
If your trip is impacted by a natural disaster or illness, we want to help. To qualify for a reschedule or refund, please let us know at least 12 hours before your departure time.

Rescheduling Policy
Generally, we require at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule your reservation. Here are some additional details:

• Same-Day Reschedule: If you already paid the guaranteed private rate for your group, you can reschedule to a different time on the same day with no extra fee.
• Rescheduling to a Different Date: We'll consider these requests on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply depending on availability.

Disclaimer
We take pride in providing safe and reliable transportation. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or bad weather. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.
