We make traveling with your luggage simple and straightforward

• Generous Allowance: Each passenger is permitted to travel with one suitcase, one carry-on bag, and a knapsack, essentially any luggage items you can comfortably handle yourself.
• Crew Assistance: Your suitcases and carry-ons will be tagged and securely loaded onto the vessel by our crew at the dock.
• Fragile Items: If you are traveling with fragile or delicate items, please keep them in your possession or hold onto that specific bag during the journey.

Traveling with pets

We are a pet-friendly service! When traveling with your pets, simply visit our terminal check-in before departure. You can request a complimentary soft muzzle and a custom life vest to keep your puppy safe and comfortable throughout the sea transit.

Step-by-Step Booking Process

Step 1: Submit Your Booking Request

• Specify Dates & Times: Indicate your desired departure date and exact travel time for each leg of your trip.
• Provide Details: Include the title, full name, gender, and date of birth for all participants, along with required passport information.
• Flexibility: Remember, you can reschedule your booking time or date up to 6 hours before your scheduled departure.

Step 2: Confirmation of Your Booking

• After submitting your request, a Belizing customer service agent will review your travel details and accept your booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your official booking details and your digital ticket vouchers.

Step 3: Understand Your Ticket Vouchers

• Fixed Schedules: Your vouchers are valid only for the specific schedule, date, and travel times selected during checkout.
• Digital Voucher: You do not need to print your voucher! Simply present the digital PDF voucher on your smartphone at the terminal counter to receive your live boarding passes.
• Arrive Early: Passengers must check in at the front desk at least 45 minutes prior to departure to validate tickets and handle baggage.

Step 4: Luggage and Cargo Policy

Each passenger is permitted to carry one suitcase, one carry-on bag, and a knapsack, essentially any luggage items you can comfortably handle yourself. Ensure all check-in luggage is handled at the counter at least 45 minutes before departure for a smooth boarding process.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours before the selected departure date for a full refund, minus 3% credit card processing fee. Once issued or used for the first leg, tickets are non-refundable.

Additional Information: Ground transportation to or from the water taxi terminal is not included in regular ticket prices. Connecting shared and private airport shuttle options can be added to your booking for seamless land-to-sea travel.

Water taxi bookings are subject to availability, operating schedules, weather conditions, operational requirements, and other circumstances beyond our control. Depending on availability and the requirements of your itinerary, your water taxi booking may be arranged with either Caribbean Sprinter or San Pedro Belize Express.

The water taxi operator and/or departure time may be modified when necessary to accommodate your itinerary and ensure sufficient time for connections, including international or domestic flight arrival and departure times. While we will make every effort to select the most suitable available option based on the information provided, specific water taxi times and operators cannot be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate flight and travel information at the time of booking. Any changes to flights or travel plans should be communicated to us as soon as possible so that we can review and adjust the transfer arrangements where availability permits.

Please note: Water taxi schedules are subject to change by the operating carrier without prior notice. We recommend allowing adequate connection time between your water taxi and any onward international or domestic flight.

Booking Flexibility & Cancellations: Reschedule Your Trip
Need to change your plans? No problem! Reschedule your Caribbean Sprinter booking up to 6 hours before your scheduled departure time. (Contact us at reservations@belizing.com)

Cancellation Policy:

• Any booking that includes a shuttle must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to no refund or a partial refund only.
• Any booking that includes water taxi tickets only must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to no refund.

Important Information:

• Fares and Schedules: Please note that fares are valid only for the specific dates and times you select.
• Missed Ferry: If you miss your scheduled ferry, we will work to rebook you for the next available departure. However, we cannot cover any additional expenses incurred due to missed connections (such as accommodation, missed flights, etc.).
• Partial Journeys: Refunds will not be issued for unused portions or legs of your journey once the ticket has been activated or partially used.
• Present Your Voucher: You do not need to print this voucher! You can present the digital PDF copy of your Belizing ticket voucher on your smartphone to the cashier at the terminal counter to claim your live boarding passes.
