The Belizean people, especially those from the rural Creole villages, make wines from every fruit, herb, and vegetable they have available. These wines are made using simple ingredients such as brown sugar and whatever fruit, herb, or vegetable you chose to flavor it with. Wine drinking is done for recreation and healing purposes. We meet you at the Cayo Welcome Center and we walk over to the Wildfire Artzmosphere where you get to relax and begin your wine tasting.
