There is also a small Beautiful stream on property which flows during the months of July to Feb and you can go for a nice dip in the water.
Guests have access Nature walks on Yax'che grounds during the day. If you are interested in a night hike (guided), you will get the chance to see various nocturnal creatures such as Snakes, Spiders, Frogs and maybe jaguar footprints...The night hikes are usually done after dinner.
Kindly note that we are located OFF the grid line, away from the city so we do not have Electricity in the area.
We have solar panels set in place to provide us with light at night and an Antenna system so we can have phone and Internet on the property. Also, since we run our own water system, we do NOT offer hot water for the showers, though the hot tropical air usually brings natural warmth to the waters
