Your adventure begins with a boat ride through the winding waterways of the New River, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and the sounds of Belize’s vibrant wildlife. Meaning “submerged crocodile” in the Maya language, Lamanai is renowned for its long history of occupation and impressive archaeological structures hidden within the jungle.

Once ashore, explore the archaeological site with your guide and discover magnificent structures, including the Mask Temple, known for its striking carved stone faces, the Jaguar Temple, and the towering High Temple. Those who climb the High Temple are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views across the lagoon and the endless green canopy of the surrounding rainforest. We require at least [48] hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or booking without penalty.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows.
Cancellations made [48] or more hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or can rebook with no penalty fee.

Late notice: Cancellations made before [24] hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a fee of [50% of the service cost.

Cancellations made between 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable

No-shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of [100% of the service cost / the full booking fee]

Late Arrivals
Appointments will end at their originally scheduled completion time to accommodate subsequent clients. Arriving more than [15] minutes late will be treated as a no-show, and you will be billed for the full session.

All cancellations must be requested through Belizing.com

Notices sent through unmonitored channels, such as social media, will not be accepted. 

Exceptions
Fees may be waived at our discretion for emergency situations, documented illnesses, or severe weather.
