Description
Mangata Villas is an adult only (16+) luxury beach resort located in San Pedro, on the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Pool and beach are only steps away from your patio door! On site amenities include kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles, all provided for your enjoyment. Moon Bar serves excellent pizza and cocktails! Enjoy a fire pit at night under the moon. Villas and Casitas are all equipped with kitchens or if you prefer, there's an excellent restaurant located next door.
All guest rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with unlimited cchannels and movies, super comfortable beds, in room safe, full kitchens, access to pool and beach. Villas are ocean view and casitas are jungle view but only steps away from the ocean!

These protocols represent best practices for the tourism industry, in accordance with The Ministry of health, CDC and OSHA guidelines, during the re-opening phase of tourism. It is anticipated that these guidelines and protocols will evolve based on the recommendations of public health authorities and must be done in compliance with the laws of Belize and advisories from the Ministry of Health. Cancellation Policy
COVID-19 PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY (APPLICABLE FOR NEW BOOKINGS MADE AFTER AUG 1, 2020)
1. Free cancellation until 30 DAYS before check-in date. The 10% deposit (plus tax) that was charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations less than 30 DAYS prior to check-in date are not refundable. Guests can reschedule their booking, free of charge, (all other conditions must remain the same), if travel is not possible due to any situation related to Covid-19 up to the date of check in. Any upgrades to room type or season (ie –from low season to high season or peak season) will be additional charges. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
3. Mangata Villas shall NOT be liable for any refunds, or other compensation due to travel delays, cancellations OUTSIDE these terms, any guest’s inability to travel for any reason and any related losses or expenses including without limitation any losses or expenses resulting from “acts of God” such as but not limited to: hurricanes, pandemics, political issues, illness, emergencies or any force majeure type events.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

14 in total. Each of the 3 casitas has a king bed that can sleep 2 each and the 2 Villas both have a king bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Our 3 private casitas are individual "cabanas". They are not ocean view, but they're only a few steps away from the ocean! Our 2 beachfront Villas are right on the beach and they step out onto the pool deck. Both room types enjoy the same access and amenities!
