The best shuttle I've ever had!
We found ourselves stuck in Tulum following a bus cancellation to Belize and Israel went above and beyond to help us out. He selflessly drove for 5 hours to collect us from Chetumal (the closest a local bus would take us) was incredibly friendly and professional and drove us all the way to our door safely in Hopkins (5 hours 30 minutes). He stopped to buy us food and drinks, told us stories of the ... more local area and helped us contact our hotel owner when he was not answering his phone. We would have been very stuck without Israel, and feel very lucky to have met such a kind, friendly and professional guide. We could not recommend his services enough, his prices are were also far more competitive than anywhere else we saw. He is a truly kind hearted man who offers an outstanding service, a wealth of knowledge of Belize and an incredibly friendly face. We will for certain be calling him again if we are ever in Belize!

My experience with Valdez Shuttle was amazing. I used their services for transportation from Belize City (Goldson international airport) to San Ignacio and again from San Ignacio back to Belize City. The online reservation / payment process was seamless from start to finish and I was able to stay in regular contact with the company regarding unexpected changes (for example, my flight arriving over ... more an hour late). Their drivers were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, contributing to an overall excellent travel experience in Belize and Guatemala. A very warm thanks to the staff of Valdez Shuttle for the service that they provided!
