When booking your Ranguana Tropical Island Experience through Belizing Experiences, please note the following cancellation and refund policies:

Guest Cancellations:
  • Cancel up to 7 days before your scheduled tour for a full refund (less credit card fee of 3%). 
  • Cancel within 48 hours (2 days) but more than 24 hours prior to departure for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time (9:00 AM from Placencia Municipal Pier).
Supplier Cancellations:
  • If the trip is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose to reschedule to another available date or receive a full refund.
All refunds are processed through Belizing Experiences, your trusted travel agent, ensuring a seamless experience.
