- Your vouchers can be used for ANY departure time between the booked destinations.
- Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning there are no reserved seats or specific departure times.
- The scheduled time provided is just a reminder. It’s your responsibility to be aware of the boat schedule.

Cancellations made before your departure date will receive a full refund, minus a 3% service fee if cancelled more than one day before departure. Cancellations made within one day of departure will not be refunded. Important Information:
- Fares and Schedules: Please note that fares are valid only for the specific dates and times you select.
- Missed Ferry: If you miss the last ferry of the day, we'll rebook you for the next available departure. However, we cannot cover any additional expenses incurred due to missed connections (accommodation, flights, etc.).
- Partial Journeys: Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of your journey.
- Present Your Voucher: You MUST present a printed copy of your Belizing ticket voucher to claim your boarding passes for the ferry. Failure to present the printed voucher will require you to purchase new tickets at the terminal.
