How to Book
Submit a booking request for water taxi tickets. Specify the departure and return date. All bookings have the flexibility to reschedule up to 1 day before the departure date. Your water taxi transportation will be with San Pedro Belize Express. Regular prices do NOT include ground transportation to the water taxi terminal. Shared and Private Shuttle options are available with your tickets.2. Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, a Belizing customer service agent will accept your request and book your tickets. The booking details and ticket vouchers will be emailed to you. Your vouchers can be used for ANY departure time between the destinations that you booked. Boarding is on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will not have a reserved seat or departure time. We will create a reservation with a scheduled departure time which is only a reminder to you. You are fully responsible for knowing the boat schedule. You are not restricted to the scheduled departure time we send to you. Cancellation Policy
Moderate
- Cancellations made 90 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
- All cancellation inquiries must be made to support@belizing.com.
- All reservations can be rescheduled up to one day before departure.
- Any cancellations made before the departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.
- Fares are valid ONLY for the scheduled dates and times listed.
- If you miss the last ferry of the day, we will reschedule you for the next day. However, we cannot provide any refunds or any reimbursement for hotel stays or other costs incurred due to a missed flight.
- If you use a portion of the journey, you forfeit any unused portion. No partial refunds will be issued.
- You are responsible for knowing the boat schedule.
