Come on board our 53-foot long sailing boat to explore the beautiful barrier reef of San Pedro, Belize. We will take you to the best 4 snorkeling stops in the country which includes ... morethe second best in the world. We start our trip from town at 9 am (pick up time at Hotels start at 8:30 am).

The first stop is "Coral Gardens". While you snorkel, my tour guides will jump in the water with you. Some of them will be helping you snorkel, while others will be spearing some fish or lobster for lunch. What we catch is going to be lunch for that day.

Next, we move on to the Manatee Look Out to swim with the Manatees.
Note: Touching the Manatees are not allowed. We cannot guarantee 100% that they are going to be there, because they are not in captivity, but we have a chance of 60% to 70% to see them.

After lunch, we are going to take you to marine parks. The first one is going to be Shark Ray Ally where you are going to swim with the nurse sharks (not dangerous) and after that stop, we save the best for the last, Hol Chan.

Hol Chan Marine Reserve is rated #2 in the world and is the best snorkeling stop in the country of Belize. Here you are going to swim with over 256 different species of marine life, guaranteed to see big turtles, over 50lbs groupers and more. After our last stop, we relax and sunset cruise our way back to San Pedro Town with all you can drink open bar that starts at 9 am.

There are many great snorkeling spots along the barrier reef. Some of the more popular spots are Hol Chan Marine Reserve, Shark Ray Alley, Coral Gardens, Mexico Rocks and the Great Blue Hole.

Snorkeling along the reef, you can see many species of wildlife. There is an abundance of fish of different size, shape, and color. There is also many species of coral creating a home for a variety of sea life. At Shark Ray Alley, you can swim with the nurse sharks and stingrays. At Hol Chan, you can see big groups of fish. At the Blue Hole, you can see many species of sharks. There is always something incredible to see while snorkeling.

To kick off the morning we pick you up from your dock at 8:00 am and we head over to a spot along the reef for the best reef fishing. If you have never done reef fishing or any fishing at all, that’s is not a problem. It’s your option if you want to keep or release your catch, but let us tell you that the catch of the day is the freshest meal ever.

Then we move to a scenic and private spot along the shores of Ambergris Caye, where you can bask in the sun, sand, fresh Caribbean Breeze puffing on the palm trees and a delicious lunch freshly grilled right at the spot.

Great, now that our stomach is settled we move to Mexico Rocks or Hol-Chan, whichever is more convenient for you, for an awesome snorkeling on crystal clear waters. Both locations boast abundance in marine life. Mexico rocks, usually not crowded, features large corals formations and beautiful tropical fishes. Hol Chan, since it’s a Marine Reserve, there are always tourists snorkeling there but offer the most exclusive snorkeling experience in Belize. With so much to see and explore.

You will get the chance to meet the sociable people of this island, enjoy delicious seafood at a local restaurant on the beach for lunch, maybe relax a little at the famous Split while you sip on a Belikin or also shop around for gifts and souvenirs.

The Great Blue Hole is a world-class destination for recreational scuba divers attracted by the opportunity to dive or snorkel in crystal-clear waters and see myriad species of marine ... morelife including tropical fish and spectacular coral formations.

The marine life in these areas includes nurse sharks, giant groupers, and several types of reef sharks such as the Caribbean reef shark and the Blacktip shark (Carcharhinus limbatus). Dive and snorkel excursions to the Great Blue Hole are full-day trips, that usually consist of one dive in the Blue Hole and two additional dives in nearby reefs. 
The Great Blue Hole is a large underwater sinkhole off the coast of Belize. It lies near the center of Lighthouse Reef, a small atoll 100 kilometers (62 miles) from the mainland of Belize City.

The hole is circular in shape, over 300 meters (984 ft.) across and 125 meters (410 ft.) deep. The world’s largest natural formation of its kind, the Great Blue Hole is part of the larger Barrier Reef Reserve System, a World Heritage Site of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
