The kitchen has full size stainless appliances, concrete counter tops, and is fully stocked with small appliances and everything needed for cooking and eating in. A breakfast bar with stools serves as the home's dining area. The living area offers a full-size sofa bed and television. The studio-like bedroom has a king-size bed, closet space and television. The private bathroom is next to the bedroom as is a large extra closet. The bathroom is modern with a concrete vanity counter top, toilet and roomy tiled stand-up shower. The flooring throughout the home is the original preserved shipping container floor with rivets and all. A washer/dryer are located behind closed doors in a pantry area beside the kitchen.
The home's elevation from the ground only enhances the already stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. It doesn't matter which part of the home you are in, the floor-to-ceiling patio doors practically bring the outdoors inside. Open all the patio doors leading to the veranda and let the sea breezes blow through the house. If you prefer air conditioning, it's available.
