- Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

- Each tour/activity requires a minimum number of guests.
- Advance booking is encouraged, especially for shared tours.
- Confirmation will be given upon meeting the minimum number, with potential rescheduling 72 hours prior to departure if minimums are not met.

- Private trips are available and should be booked in advance.
