You are taken out on this adventure trip on one of our boats to the southern barrier reef for snorkeling and fishing.

Your captain will take you to his favorite spot for your chance at catching snapper, grouper, barracuda, lionfish, lobster (seasonal) and conch (seasonal). After snorkeling, you’ll get on board and your guide will whisk you away to a private island where you will be able to cook your fresh catch!

The Farm In this tour, you will take a one hour hike at our farm. The Chocolate Making Session

Back to the chocolate facility, here you will be greeted by the exotic aroma of a chocolate heaven. As you make your way to chocolate heaven, where a table awaits you, to indulge in a hot cup of hot chocolate, sample some of our naturally flavored chocolate and make your own chocolate using our stone tools.

Immediately after making your chocolate we take a look at our processing facility and our gift shop. After which lunch is served by the one and only Chocolate Queen, “Abelina Cho”. This is a breeding program for the "Royal Rat" or Gibnut. The name "Royal Rat" was given to it after Queen Elizabeth II was served Gibnut meat during her 1985 visit. Gibnut meat is a local delicacy in Belize. 

We also have the 100ft tower at the site. At the top of the tower, you are greeted by panoramic views of mountains, jungle and small towns in every direction. The view is truly breathtaking especially for watching sunsets or stargazing.

Belize Garifuna Cultural Tour The Garifuna make up just 8% of Belize’s population, but their unique culture has been recognized by the United Nation for its language, music, ... moreand dance. Originally from the island of St. Vincent, the Garifuna are a mixture of enslaved Africans who intermarried with indigenous islanders. After a failed uprising against the British, the Garifuna fled to the shores of Belize.

This tour takes participants to the village of Hopkins situated on the beautiful Caribbean coast of southeastern Belize. Participants will don traditional Garifuna clothing while learning about life in this traditional village and the history of the Garifuna people.

Participants will also work together to gather the ingredients and then cook a traditional Garifuna dish known as hudut. Hudut is the Garifuna variant of a coconut fish stew, cooking local fish in a creamy coconut milk mixture and then served with a side of delicious boiled plantains.

Following the meal, participants will enjoy a performance of Garifuna drumming and then learn to play several traditional Garifuna rhythms.

Belize Maya Cultural Tours This Belize Maya Cultural tour allows participants to learn more about the people who built the legendary cities of Xunantunich, Tikal, Lamanai, Caracol, ... moreand Altun Ha that still tower over the Belizean landscape today.

Participants will travel to a traditional Maya village in southern Belize to meet the descendants of the ancient Maya. Participants will learn about Maya life, including making medicinal compounds from plants found in the jungle, food, musical instruments, textiles, and furniture.

Participants will then be instructed on how to prepare a traditional Maya meal, including grinding corn for making tortillas and tamales. A full lunch of traditional Maya food will be served, including hot chocolate made from beans grown in the village.

Other activities include learning how to weave baskets and bags from local reeds as well as hammocks. Participants will also learn how the Maya make musical instruments from bamboo.

Our tour is an all-day tour, we depart our dive centre at 9 am and return at 330pm We depart to a private island for the day, (50-minute boat ride). ... more

Here we drop off snorkelers who snorkel off the beach of the Island, while the divers go off the Boat, your first dive and snorkel last approximately 50 minutes. After this, we then prepare our finger licking island bbq on the island for lunch.

After an hour lunch and enjoying the island, we then go for a second dive and snorkel, also lasting approximately 50 minutes, when this is completed, the entire group ( both snorkelers and divers) gets back on the boat and go to Turtle alley, where we swim with Turtles, Rays and Nurse Sharks for about 25 minutes. ( turtle alley snorkel is only done when tours go to Silk Caye)

When this is completed we then head back to the mainland.
