Our center is biologist-managed and we offer fully featured facilities for anyone interested in learning about the local flora and fauna. Activities offered at T.R.E.E.S include bird watching and bird banding, stream ecology workshops, night walks, medicinal trail walks, local village tours, traditional cooking workshops, herpetofauna surveying, bat mist-netting, waterfall hiking, Kriol drumming performances, swimming in jungle swimming holes, and much more! We regularly host North American Banding Council (NABC) certified bird banding workshops and other specialty workshops in various wildlife ecology techniques. Most of our guests are biology student guests. Therefore you may end up sharing the facilities with a visiting student group. But guests are always welcome to join in on any activities being offered for a small fee!
