Exploring ... morethis incredible cave system is a thrill of a lifetime. This tour starts in Belize City at your pick-up location. You will be driven west from the City for about an hour to get to the park for this wonderful adventure tour.
Your driver, who is also a licensed tour guide, will be providing interesting information about Belize along the way. Once at the park, you will get a chance to use the changing and restroom to get ready for the tour. Your driver will be securing your equipment, life jackets, helmets with headlights, and tubes for this activity. You will then meet your guide, who will be conducting the tour with you through the caves.
Thereafter, you will be walking for just under 30 minutes through a well-kept trail through the rainforest that will bring you to the entrances of the cave system. Once there, you will be asked to put on your equipment, and your guide will then lead you through this amazing underground river. This will be for about 40 Minutes. Your tour continues after you exit the cave for another 20 minutes of open river tubing, bringing you back to your starting point. After you return back to the parking lot and change, you will be driven back to Belize City to complete this magnificent adventure tour.

“No’hoch Che’en” national park has one of the most relaxing cave experiences in Belize. Here you will be fitted with a helmet, a headlight, a life jacket, and an appropriate flotation ... moretube. We take a 45-minute relaxing ride down the lazy river and under the jungle canopy. We make sure nobody stays in the underworld! It is a 30 – 45 minute hike to the entrance of the caves. Once we reach the entrance you will board your floating tubes and be navigated through the underworld by one of our experienced guides.
In the caves, you will see eagles, turtles, mammoths, sharks, jellyfish, Indiana Jones, and even Darth Vador. Once we exit the caves you will continue down the lazy river for another 15 minutes right back to the starting point of the tour. It will be one of the most peaceful and relaxing days of your life.

Belize is one of the few places in the world to offer cave tubing, and it is the most popular tour available for guests. Guided by our experienced Belizean tour guides, you will hike for about 30 minutes through the Belizean rainforest then tube down the refreshing Caves Branch River and through spectacular cave systems, which the ancient Mayas regarded as sacred underworld and home to many powerful gods. We are happy to say that we have a new zipline designed especially for you to have the most memorable time possible in Belize. This is the second one we have constructed ourselves, this one on our own property. We have improved on everything we have learned from all others before! It is a Belizean-owned and operated enterprise. It even runs across the Cave’s Branch River. This is the most unique zipline experience in Belize! We currently have 6 platforms and 5 zip spans. We are planning more zips and a suspension bridge.
After a short, approximately 8-minute hike, we arrive at the first platform. The initial zip is a trial run. We call it the Chicken Run in case you chicken out.

You're picked up at your hotel in the morning for the drive to the ancient Mayan city known as Altun Ha. Here, your guide shows you around the collection of pyramids, walkways, and plazas as you learn about its history dating back to the 10th century BC.
Next, you're taken to a zip line facility with a course built in the canopy of Belize's lush rainforest. Gear up and strap in for a ride that takes you over the treetops, on lines that take you up to 85 feet (26 m) above the ground for terrific views of the jungle rushing below.
Grab some lunch as you catch your breath ahead of an expedition that takes you into the rainforest and to the mouth of a system of caverns fed by the Caves Branch River. Here, you pick up your tubing gear and set off to let the current carry you underground. Admire the stone pillars, stalactites, and stalagmites, and learn how the Mayans viewed these surroundings as a part of the underworld before the tour wraps up with a ride back to your hotel.

Your friendly Tour Guide will meet guests at Fort Street Tourism Village in Belize City and then will commence the tour by welcoming them to beautiful sunny Belize. He will then make ... morehis way through Belize City while giving them some brief history about Belize. He will then proceed on the George Price Highway which is a 40-minute drive out of the City and inform them about who George Price was and what he has done for our country.
Along the highway, guests will be able to see some small communities and some flora and fauna along the highways as well as some wetlands. You will then arrive at the Belize Zoo where your tour guide will allow you some time to use the restroom before you start the tour for about an hour.
At the Belize Zoo, you will be able to see some native animals to Belize as well as some troublesome animals such as Jaguars and Crocodiles that were harming the livestock of our farmers. Some were donated to the Belize Zoo because they were illegal to have as pets, and others were rescued from the wild. From there you will continue on your way to Jaguar Paw where you will enjoy both the Rain Forest and the Underworld of the Mayas as you hike for about 30 minutes through the Rain Forest and your guide will point out different medicinal plants and their benefits that were once used by the Mayas and locals today.
After your 30-minute hike, you will then sit in an inner tube and enjoy the refreshing cold river water that will carry you through the cave system. Your Guide will do all the work for you while he entertains and guides you through the cave system for about 2 hours. After your tour is finished you will then have lunch and make your way back to Belize City where you will be taken back to the Fort Street Tourism Village.
Notes:
Children must be 40" or taller to be able to cave tube.

We begin by making our way to the mainland & up the Belize River. Along the way while we serve breakfast keep an eye out to spot crocodiles, iguanas & ... morepossibly manatees.
We board a private bus that takes us to the unique Belize Zoo, where we see animals native to Belize.
Next, it is on to Caves Branch for lunch. After, it’s time for the fun to begin as we make our way through the jungle and splash into the caves. You float through the cool waters in your tube with your headlamp.

Getting There: Tour departs San Ignacio Town at 8:00 AM. You'll embark on our journey out of San Ignacio on a 1 hour & 15 minutes drive along the George Price Highway (paved road) ... moreuntil arriving at the junction of the Jaguar Paw Cave Tubing outpost. The site’s parking lot is another 10 minutes or so on from the paved road.
At the site:
Make use of the expansive restroom complex to change into your swimwear. Your guide then walks you over to the tube racks where you’ll pick a tube of your choice. You will be provided with life jackets, helmets, and headlamps.
Geared up, you will embark on a 45 minutes’ hike across the clear green Caves Branch River. A rope at the crossing keeps you from straying. The water is waist-deep, normally. After the river crossing, you'll hike a jungle trail heading upstream. Your guide will point out interesting aspects of the local flora & fauna as you trek through – a perfect time to take out your cameras (preferably waterproof).
After a briefing on the proper safety techniques, you'll be set afloat through a series of caverns that periodically open up to the sunshine & jungle. Your guide will occasionally point out various Maya artifacts within the crevices of the caves. Depending on time availability, he may allow you to disembark your tube & walk up for a closer look into the hidden chambers of the cave which are normally not explored by many other companies or cruise ship passengers due to time constraints.
Departure:
After Lunch, you'll walk back to the parking lot where you'll board the vehicle and head back to San Ignacio via the George Price Highway, arriving around 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
