We then stop at the neighboring island Caye Caulker for approx. 2 hours of free time to explore the island and lunch at a restaurant of your choice.
After this we make another snorkel stop at the Coral Gardens area.
You can also choose to add our famous Belizean buffet to be served onboard instead, before arriving at Caye Caulker.
Then we can do the stop shorter on Caye Caulker (1 hour approx) and do one more snorkel stop, or stop at a shallow sandbar area on our return.
For groups of 8 guests or less, it is possible to do fishing instead as the last activity.
We finish the day with a sunset cruise while we serve you fresh ceviche. Enjoy the sunset over the open water, then watch Ambergris Caye change into its nocturnal aspect and hopefully, also the first stars!

Explore the pristine Northern coast of Ambergris Caye, with amazing blue waters and beautiful views along the way. While we start our morning sail, we serve you fresh fruit and meat ... morepies. At the end of 2015, Mexico Rocks became a part of the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, to protect its rich marine life and precious corals. We do our first stop for snorkeling there and then continue to our favorite spot - a shallow area close to the reef, that is just like a natural pool (great for non-swimmers as well)! Here we make a break to relax in the shallow warm water, while the crew prepares our famous Belizean buffet on-board. Traditional dishes like stewed chicken and rice and beans with our Captain’s secret recipe BBQ fish! After lunch, we return South doing a second snorkel stop at Tres Cocos. Hol Chan Marine Reserve is located off the southern tip of Ambergris Caye. Mayan for '' little channel''. Hol Chan Marine Reserve is undoubtfully one of the most popular dive sites ... morein the Caribbean, and indeed in Belize. The entire reserve focuses on a cut through the reef ( called a Quebrada ) which is little more than 25 yards wide and 30 feet deep about 04 miles southeast of San Pedro. Hole Chan has burgeoned into a unique refuge, with vigorous coral formations and richness of marine life. Realizing the importance of the coral reef community off Ambergris Caye, Belize, the Government of Belize established the Hole Chan Marine Reserve on May 02. 1987. Shark Ray Alley was officially declared Zone ''D'' of the Hole Chan Marine Reserve on August 31st,1999.
We will then head to the neighboring Shark Ray Alley, where you will snorkel or dive and be able to get up close and personal with ecstatic Nurse Sharks and Southern Stingray. When you arrive, you will see the surface often boiling with rolling sharks and stingrays as they compete for the scraps. these creatures have a great tolerance for divers and snorkelers. The rays, which have a 'wing span' of two to four feet, swim directly towards the divers, mouths often turned up hoping for a handheld tad bit to be placed near their mouths. The docile Nurse sharks average four feet in length and can be a bit more aggressive than the stingrays. Here you will feel the excitement and novelty of swimming with a large number of sharks and stingrays.

The first dive is 70 ft/21m for 50 minutes and the second dive is 60ft/15m for 45 minutes.
