The All-in-1 is a "best of tour" that includes the most requested by our guests - an Exclusive tour only with Catamaran Belize!... more

We start the tour with snorkeling at Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. Hol Chan has the largest variety of species to be seen in the area and is often compared to an aquarium, while at Shark Ray Alley you get to experience a close encounter with nurse-sharks and stingrays. Watch from the boat or swim with them! Then we continue sailing to the neighbor island Caye Caulker, while serving our famous Belizean buffet lunch on-board. Traditional Belizean dishes like stewed chicken and rice and beans with our Captain’s secret recipe BBQ fish! On Caye Caulker, there is approx. 1 hour of free time to stroll around and explore the island, followed by a relaxed sunset cruise back to San Pedro. There is an amazing spot on the way between the islands where you can see the sunset over the water. See Ambergris Caye change into its nocturnal aspect and hopefully, also the first stars!

The schedule for the tour changes through the year depending on the sunset. Open bar featuring local rum drinks like rum punch and "panty rippers" is included all day.

Set out after dark to explore the beautiful and peaceful Sittee River under a sky full of stars. Belize has many nocturnal creatures that come out after dark to the riverside to eat ... moreand drink from the river. Use high powered flashlights to spot the eyeshine of crocodiles, kinkajou, coatimundi, raccoons, birds, resting iguanas, and much more!

The second half of this tour involves cruising through a hand cut path from the river into the mangroves where you can spot resting bats on the sides of the trees and then out into the Anderson's Lagoon which boasts bioluminescent plankton that lights up with any disturbance in the water. It is magical to see fish darting away from predators and the boat as you cruise along. The water also glows behind the boat as the prop wash activates the chemical reaction which causes the plankton to light up. This is so interesting and intriguing to visitors that a swim in these waters is almost irresistable so wear your swim wear and bring along a towel. Also you may want to wear long pants and sleeves or bring a can of insect repellent for before and after the tour as there may be biting insects at the dock.

This tour is seasonal and affected by rainfall and the moonlight so we only schedule during optimal viewing times. We want to offer the highest quality experience at great value.

Soar above the Caribbean Sea and gain a new perspective of Ambergris Caye. No other experience compares to the thrill of sailing 250 feet above the water and looking for marine life. ... moreOur past guests have seen dolphins, sharks, rays, & turtles–what will you see? We offer solo, double, or triple flights.

Your adventure begins with a safety briefing from the first mate. Next, you will be secured in a life jacket and safety harness as you are instructed how and when to move to the flight deck. After the chute is launched the first mate will attach the passenger bar to the chute and call you to the deck. You will stand as your harness is attached to the bar and then move forward and sit with your legs in front of you. And finally, …you’re flying! You will ascend slowly and smoothly as the captain guides you over the beautiful turquoise waters inside the barrier reef. Our certified crew has been trained by the US experts to meet all US safety standards.

Sit back and relax, you will have approximately 12-15 minutes to enjoy the sights of San Pedro, the reef, and the surrounding beauty of Ambergris Caye. Take a selfie, make a video–you decide, it’s your adventure.

As you return to the boat you will receive instructions from the first mate. He will ask you to reach up and grab the bar above your head and to extend your legs into a standing position. Following his directions will ensure you nail your landing.

Welcome to the gateway of the Mayan Underworld. Actun Tunichil Muknal (cave of the stone sepulchre) is commonly referred to as ATM Cave. Located near San Ignacio, Cayo District, it ... moreis one of the most impressive Maya ceremonial caves containing rare bloodletting altars used in sacrifices by Maya royalty, and where calcified skeletons, ceramics, and stoneware have been found. The best known as “The Crystal Maiden”, the intact skeleton of a teenage girl, whose bones have been calcified over the years to a sparkling crystallized appearance

The hike to the cave entrance through the lush Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve requires visitors to swim to the mouth of the cave and then wade through ankle to chest high water and once inside the magnificent cave, the exploration begins. The tour requires climbing and swimming as well as crawling through small spaces. The cave is extensively decorated with cave formations in the upper passages, a labyrinth of dry chambers which lead to the cathedral-like main hall, a towering chamber 350 meters in length and 50 meters wide and filled with artifacts and sacrificial remains. Visitors remove shoes and explore the cave in socks only, to protect the artifacts on the cave floor. After this, another climb takes you to the stone sepulchre (after which the cave is named) where the Crystal Maiden lies. Photography is now disallowed inside the cave unless special permits are obtained.

This is an extraordinary Belize adventure and a rare opportunity to see ancient Maya ceremonial sites and altars as they were and virtually untouched for centuries. A visit to this site is truly profound and unforgettable. After this memorable adventure, we hike back to our vehicles and sit to enjoy a local lunch before heading back to San Ignacio.

If you are an extreme cave explorer, Crystal cave also known as Mountain Cow cave is an adventure you just can't miss during your trip to Belize! This tour is not for the faint of ... moreheart and all participants must be able-bodied and accompanied by a certified guide. This site is located in the Blue Hole National Park which is located 12 miles southeast of Belmopan on the right side of the Hummingbird Highway.

Caves played a very important role in the ancient culture as the Mayas considered caves to be a supernatural realm where their deities and ancestors resided. Caves were the portal between the tangible human world and the invisible world of the gods, a place called Xibalba. It was here that the ancient Mayan Shamans performed their most sacred rituals and ceremonies and this was the underground domain of their gods.

Snorkeling at Hol Chan, visiting the nurse sharks and the stingrays, snorkeling with the manatees, feeding the tarpons and visiting the seahorses definitely needs a whole day. This ... moreis a full day full of Fun!
Pick up time can either be 8:00 am or 8:30 - you decide. The first stop is at Hol Chan - "Little Channel". That is our first snorkeling stop. Once completed, less than 3 minutes boat ride we get to Shark and Ray Alley. Here you can either stay on the boat and snap pictures or go in the water to SWIM with the marine species like nurse sharks, stingrays, horse-eye jacks and much more fish. We bring sardine to feed them...
After that, we move towards our sister island Caye Caulker. We head to the Northern Channel where we go look out for the manatees. Once spotted, you get on your snorkeling gears and go in to snorkel with them. So Marvelous!

We then go to the island and visit the famous "Split" which divides the island into two parts that were caused in 1961 by hurricane Hattie. On the leeward part of the island, we go to feed the big tarpons from the boat - if you are brave enough! Lol. Not too far we have the seahorse city reserve. You get to look at them. Once all of this is done, normally around 12:30 pm we go to the island to walk and find a restaurant of your choice where you will have lunch. We depart from Caye Caulker to San Pedro around 3:00 pm.

Silk Cayes, also known as Queen Cayes, are a group of picture card perfect small coral islands ranging in size from a half to 4 acres. Located just inside the Belize Barrier Reef, ... moreSilk Cayes have beautiful white beaches surrounded by turquoise seas and are occupied by about a dozen coconut trees!
Silk Cayes are part of a marine reserve established to protect the outer reef and cayes and have an abundance of aquatic life, fish stocks, coral reef biodiversity and healthy corals.
A typical day snorkelling includes a briefing by the park rangers before your licenced snorkel guide leads you into the water to take you on a tour of the abundant and varied coral and to meet the local residents. If you have not snorkelled before, no problem. Our guides are happy to show you the ins and outs of snorkelling and show you the coral and those who inhabit it. Critters include spotted drum, huge lobsters, cleaner shrimp, arrow crabs, snapper, barracuda and more varieties of reef fish than you can count.
Around mid-day you’ll enjoy an authentic Belize style picnic lunch. Often divers go out on the same boat and they join the snorkelers for lunch. This makes Silk Cayes a great destination for families or couples when some are divers and some are snorkelers.
After lunch, head back into the water to explore the coral and meet more of the denizens who make Silk Cayes their home.
But the best is still to come! After the second snorkel expedition and the divers return to the caye, we all head to a spot just inside the barrier reef where local fishermen clean their catch and where you are almost certain to have the opportunity to snorkel with huge turtles, rays, and sharks. Here is your chance for a great nose to nose photo with a very large turtle.
