With your headlamp at the ready, your body relaxed and your guide leading the way cave tubing offers an exhilarating rainforest and caving experience. Imagine the excitement as you drift downriver, your body tucked in an inflated inner tube, your fingers trailing in the crisp clear river, and up ahead is the vine-draped opening of a mysterious cave. Swim at the Inland Blue Hole (cenote) immediately after the cave tubing.

Take a relaxing float on the crisp waters of the Nohoch Che’en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve. Your guide will fit you with a helmet and give you an inner tube at the entrance ... moreof the park. Then you will take a short but fun hike to the entrance of the cave. While on the hike, you will pass through a shallow river and get to explore small limestone caves. The Caves Branch System includes 9 caves, but your basic tour will last approximately an hour and a half and will be a relaxing, fun adventure. Once you reach the entrance to the cave, your guide will tether your group’s tubes together and then pull you through the cave, as he or she points out schools of cavefish, Mayan paintings, and stalactites inside the cave. You will also spot plenty of birds and other wildlife once you emerge on the other side of the caves. After your relaxing float, enjoy a swim before the short hike back to the park entrance.

Before returning back to Hopkins, we can stop to visit the inland Blue Hole.

Our journey begins at 8:00 am with an hour's drive along the George Price highway to Jaguar Paw. Guests will be geared up and then taken for a 30-minute hike into the forest with their tubes. The cave tubing in our beautiful caves will begin with our tour guide enlightening you with much educational and historical information along the way. The tour will last around 2-3 hours. At the end of the tour, guests can swim at a nice location outside of the cave. Just in time for lunch. Lunch will be provided at one of the best restaurants in the park. The menu will be our local cuisine rice and beans or stew bean/coconut white rice with stew chicken. The menu can be extended upon request. At 1 pm we will start our 1-hour journey back to Belize City along the George Price highway.
