A Great Experience
We had Jose, James, and Rex. They were great. They picked us up from a resort close by where we were staying. They had a lot of great information about the Hol Chan Marine Reserve. They were very knowledgeable about the waters and guiding us through some pretty strong currents. If we didn't have them I'd be halfway to Cuba right now. This marine reserve was absolutely beautiful. We've been to a few ... more islands in Hawaii and to Costa Rica, and this was probably the best out of those four places. Our only regret about this is not doing a longer tour! Thanks.

Half day snorkel
We did the half day snorkel to Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. We were staying at Coco beach so it was very convenient that the dock they leave from was right next door. But they will pick you up if you are staying somewhere else. It did take a good chunk of time to pick everyone up but once we got to the snorkeling it was a lot of fun! Saw so many amazing fish, sharks, and sting rays. Our guides were ... more super knowledgable and welcoming. There were a couple people in our group who had never snorkeled, so we did spend a lot of time helping them learn how and stuff which cut into our snorkeling time a bit. I think this tour is great for beginners! Next time we may do a longer experience but would definitely do it again with this company. They provided all the gear and refreshments on the boat. 10/10!

Jameel and Jose are excellent guides
Fun snorkeling and seeing the aquatic life. Jose is very knowledgeable and both he and Jameel go above and beyond to accommodate everyone. The boat is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Incredibly beautiful & fun experience
We were picked up on time at our hotel’s (Caribbean Villas) dock by the tour boat. We were warmly welcomed by the crew- Pepper, Jose and Casson. They were all very fun, energetic, informative and amazingly helpful. Everyone on the tour was divided into small snorkel groups. My group was shown around Hol Chan by Pepper. He would point out fish, rays, other creatures, then surface to tell us about each ... more one. We snorkeled there for a good 45 minutes and got to dive in and around coral, schools of colorful fish, & peer into caves. Shark ray alley was our first stop. The crew instructed us in safety, equipment usage, and where to go, while they tossed bits of fish to the nurse sharks (very docile & kinda cute). I got in the water and instantly was transported into an amazingly beautiful world. While the water isn’t very deep there is a lot to see & experience. As I floated around I was able to see rays, nurse sharks, hundreds of fish species, various corals, sea grasses, vibrant colors everywhere. This experience is well worth it, especially with the boat crew we had. Thank you Jose, Cason and Pepper! You rock!

The tour was awesome! They can pick you right up from your hotels dock and drop you back off. The tour guides actually get in the water and take you around the reef which was nice! Would definitely recommend!!

Mexico Rocks
So glad we did it. We booked through Belizing. If you do the same, make sure a day or two in advance. The confirmation came late and we had already gone to sleep, so we missed our morning slot. I rescheduled online with Tuff and it was approved. Excellent customer service. Jamille was our guide. He was fantastic. He got in the water with us and pointed out some incredible wildlife. The absolute best 👌 tour guides. We had Gabriel and Felix for our 3 in 1 adventure to Mayan ruins, zip lines and an awesome slow tube ride through an incredible cave system. Both of these guides had an incredible amount of knowledge about the history of absolutely everything we were seeing and doing, every question was answered with ease and honesty. We got to enjoy a phenomenal home cooked meal ... more thanks to Tuff Enuffs Best possible cook Miss Karen, wonderfully prepared chicken with black beans and rice with potatoes salad and a ho.e made jabanaro sauce..the very BEST meal in country to this point😋.. everyone involved was so soooo helpfully and friendly. Mexico Rocks
Very beautiful and memorable first snorkeling in the Mexico Rocks with our guide well explaining the varied marine life. The tour was sold as including also Tres Cocos but we got only a second less interesting and short snorkeling in the same area for a total time of 2 hours (not 3 as advertised)

Hol Chan & Shark Alley
We went on a 3 hour tour with Tuff E Nuff on February 28th. It was very well run, the operators on the boat were engaging and entertaining, and they had plenty of water and other drinks to keep everyone satisfied. The snorkeling itself was fine. Didn't see anything amazing, but there was enough sea life to at least enjoy the tour.

Swimming with the fish!
We were greeted on the dock near us with happy faces and two nice guys! They tried to accommodate each of their guests in whatever manner they could. They informed us about what was next and we could expect to see. As we got in the water, they encouraged safety. As they spotted fish and marine life, they were quick to point out everything from fan coral and eels to huge sting rays and shark. They ... more made it a wonderful experience! The only negative was my friend’s experience with the snorkeling gear not working properly even though they attempted to repair it. This caused him to leave the water! For me, it was the experience of a lifetime!

Trip to Hol Chan and Shark Alley
This has been our worst experience while in San Pedro. There is no to little communication or confirmation of booking. On the third attempt we wait over 20 minutes and no one showed. One of the other establishments say they are well know for doing this. I would say the ratings are fake. They did not even confirm where we were to be picked up we had to ask and figure it out on our own. I would not ... more recommend them and will be asking for a full refund. All I can say is don't get your hope up.

Exhilarating trip!

Tuff E Nuff - Shark Ray Alley and Hol Chan Marine Reserve
One of our highlights of the entire trip. We were initially nervous to get close to the sharks but our guides were kind, fun, and skilled at making everyone feel comfortable (especially Kayson). They provided us equipment and info on the boat ride over and answered questions during the snorkeling as well. We brought our own GoPro and underwater camera which I would highly recommend as the guides do ... more not bring their own cameras. They were able to point out a variety of animals (nurse sharks, multiple types of rays, turtles, fish, eels, etc) and answered our questions. At Hol Chan we were also split into smaller groups of 5-6 with each group having their own guide which made the experience feel more personal. Definitely would book again.

It was fantastic!!
Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley were an experience....sea turtles, sharks, stingrays, eagle rays, tons of fish...its well worth it. The three guides were awesome! They made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and having a good time. I highly recommend tours with them.

River Cave Tubing
We were pickup at our hotel on Ambergris, taken to the airport where we had to catch a plane to the mainland and back. Our driver Breeze was excellent, very friendly, got us to the airport and didn't just drop us off. Checked us in, got our tickets and waited to make sure we boarded the plane. Took our picture, sent it ahead to Tahoe, *(our guide on the mainland) so he knew who to look for. Tahoe ... more was our guide for the rest of the day. Tahoe gave a good history background on Belize and the country side. Arrived at the national part where the tubing trip start. Again, everything was taken care of. Started out float the entrance of the cave and headed in to a pitch black cave, (lights on your helmet) and come out the other side better than you went in. Continued on down the river to the finish line. Went for a good lunch and was taken back to the airport where Tahoe made sure we got on the return flight. Breeze was there to pick us up and get us back to the hotel. Perfect trip!!

Shark Ray Alley tour
Had a good time here. We were exhausted from the snorkeling so we elected to stay in the boat rather than "swim with the sharks." Got come nice photos and there sure were plenty of sharks being fed by our guide Afrie! All in all a great experience.

Half-day Snorkel Tour a success
If it's your first time snorkeling in Belize, you should ask for the dyanmic duo Kayson (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and boat captain "Choco". They were great from the second you stepped foot on the boat. Kayson talked all the way and made sure all his guests were comfortable while also making sure we knew the rules/protocols. The tour was enjoyable - espcecially when the sharks were being fed right ... more next to us. We were even provided with soda and water which was a bonus to the already great tour. I would do it again :)

One of the best water tours I've ever been
Not a lie. Have been snorkeling or scuba diving in some of the best spots in the world and this tour stands out. The amount of sea creatures were so dense and colorful. Rays, nurse sharks, eels, turtles, dolphins, etc... The gear was pretty high quality And our tour guide Pepper was both very informative and fun at the same time. He added to the experience.

Fun and fantastic tour
One of the best tour ever . The crew (Dre and Sherry) so friendly and awesome . They are knowledgable and lively. The day started Dre picking us up at our resort’s dock and met up with another couple to embark. We were fortunate that our catamaran was just only us and another couple. So it’s more personal and no crowd. We started with sailing out to Hol Chan for snorkeling . We spent like half hour ... more there and then move onto the sharks reef . Which was a unique experience swimming next to these friendly sharks. We then sail onto Caye Caulker for lunch . We got 2 hours to chill and ate some street bbq food . On way back they made us shrimp ceviche and dropped us off at our resort . It was a fun and educational experience . What a good crew and I would recommend anyone to go with this tour group.

First time
The guides, were patient and entertained us. I thought I was a pretty good swimmer, but I realized, I was not. I've never gone snorkling, it would have been nice if we received some info by email, with the do's and don'ts. Like not putting sunscreen or lotion on your face. It was an amazing experience. I wish I could have taken underwater pictures. Maybe the company can offer that, water proof cameras, ... more or cases.

Wow! Yesterday we went on a 3 in 1 beach BBQ with Peppa! It was one of our best excursions we have done while on this vacation. He was SO friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! Not to mention the fish and potatoes he cooked for us was amazing! Mexico Rocks was absolutely beautiful! It was definitely like swimming in an aquarium. Marvelous Trip
A group of 8 of us attended and we had a fantastic time. The guides communicated well to prepare everyone before going into the water. The guides constantly checked to make sure we were OK as well. Learned a lot from the trip. Will definitely use them again.

Very Disappointed
At the first snorkel site there was a fairly strong current. We ended up having to do a huge amount of very strenuous swimming. The guide, Raul, swam way to fast and got far ahead and kept yelling for everyone to come to him. I'm a fairly good swimmer but found this to be not enjoyable. Another thing, my snorkel tube leaked in water every time I took a breath. They said that they didn't have any spare ... more tubes. I had to only keep my face in the water for short times. a friend swapped with me towards the end, so it wasn't a problem with the operator. Overall it was not enjoyable.

The good and bad.
While the tour was well ran and the staff were great, the cruise to Caye Caulker a fun time, and the rum punch made for relaxing conversations on the way back to Ambergris Caye. There was some minor communications on where we would be picked up and I will take full responsibility for it, but Janira was very quick to assist and it ended up not being a problem. The bad was the snorkeling portion. Both ... more Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley were so overcrowded with other tour groups (small and large) and diving groups, it was difficult to be in an area to see the coral and sea life without getting kicked or ran into by another person. Again the staff were great, safe, and did what they could to provide an enjoyable experience, but they were limited as well by the crowds. Full disclosure, the day before this tour we booked a fishing and snorkeling tour with a local guide and we snorkeled north of Caye Caulker away from Hol Chan and we saw much more sea life and the reef and had a much better experience. So it's kind of comparing pineapples to coconuts.

Would highly recommend!
The snorkeling trip was amazing. The water was calm and easy for beginners. We ended up seeing so many different types of fish, corals, rays, turtles and sharks. Our guide was fantastic as well and did a great job pointing out everything for us.

Amazing Snorkeling Experience!
Clifford, our guide, was incredible! Very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and great about communicating what to expect. He did such an awesome job pointing out cool sea life, answering questions, and even taking cameras down to take pictures. Such an awesome experience. I would highly recommend both Clifford and Tuff E Nuff snorkeling!

Unforgettable Snorkeling!!
This was probably the best snorkeling trip I have ever done. Being able to freely swim with 30+ sharks was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. Our guide, Peppa, was excellent. I would do this again.

Absolutely worth it!
They picked us up and dropped us off right at the resort dock. Russell and Jesus were great guides and we got to see rays, sea turtles , sharks and even a well camouflaged octopus. Who can pass up swimming with nurse sharks? This experience is absolutely with having!

Hol Chan tour/ snorkeling/ Caye calker
Janira I was exceptional on making sure we got our ride back and forth to the hotel. Tuff & tours were amazing most specially captains Tiger and Russel Trecks were fantastic. They always made sure we were ok and they have great sense of humor. I’m planning to come back with my kids , and I will for sure use them again.

Great Trip!

Awesome Tour!
We loved this tour! We got to see so much marine life, from sea turtles to sharks. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and great about helping us have the best time.

Incredible crew

Great experience
I had a wonderful time snorkeling with Tuff E Nuff tours. This was my second time visiting Hol Chan and I had as much fun as I did the first time I went. We saw tons of fishes, corals and sharks! I also liked that we were picked up at the dock of our resort and dropped off there too.

Didn't believe it was me with the sharks
Everything went according to plan. The guides were helpful and informative. I have done lots of snorkeling in the Red Sea but this was my first time in the Caribbean. The sharks were beautiful and I couldn't believe how u threatened I felt. The rays were like curious and affectionate house pets. A great experience

Hasan amazing time on the tour. It’s great as it doesn’t go too long, good for people who are not strong swimmers, exciting and a little scary when swimming with sharks. Pepper, our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He knew so much information about the sea creatures that were spotted, Made me feel safe & had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend this tour

Incredible!
Sheri and Candyman were great guides, they let us explore, made us laugh and kept it interesting. Don’t pass up this opportunity. Such a unique place with tons of marine life and you are sure to see a surprise or two. Mine was a turtle and an underwater cave!

Great day on the reef!
