Cave kayaking and overnight jungle camping in Belize is a unique private expedition that combines exploring multiple underwater cave systems with camping each day at a different location in the open jungle.
These caves are within the second largest cave system in Belize, and we paddle along with the flow of the water. This expedition offers a blend of physical challenge, outdoor exploration and a cultural immersion as these caves were once used by the ancient Maya people to conduct rituals.

Victoria Peak Trekking Expedition
Summiting Victoria Peak is one of the most challenging adventure experiences in Belize. Standing at approximately 3,670 feet, it has been conquered ... moreby only a few. The hike, which involves climbing and traversing the Cockscomb Mountains, immediately cuts you off from the internet and civilization, activating your primal instincts.
The trek takes three days along a 27 km trail led by experienced guides. Be prepared for a challenge! While it is physically demanding, the sense of accomplishment upon reaching the summit is a major draw.

Overnight Jungle Adventure
Join us on this full package of overnight jungle activities, located at the base of the famous Sleeping Giant Mountain in the Cayo District, just 20 minutes ... moredriving away from Belmopan City on the Hummingbird Highway.
This adventure kicks off with a hike through the pristine rainforest from Rancho de las Lomas, a citrus farm for approximately one hour and thirty minutes. The trail leads to the knees of the famous Sleeping Giant (a mountain that has the shape of a person lying down sleeping), criss cross the Silver Creek multiple times and arriving at cliff edge views and the base of 6 breathtaking waterfalls.
In the Jungle, at the base of the falls, we set camp for the overnight stay in a truly awesome, peaceful setting.ย
It is now time to activate your explore mode and get ready to get wet and conquer 6 different waterfalls with their natural swimming pools and cliff jumping for the adventurous. You will also have the opportunity to rappel the tallest of the falls, at approximately 100 ft drop, and enjoy pure Belizean natural Harmony.

Why Jaguar trail? The Sibun Forest Reserve in the Maya mountains of Belize is known to have a high population of Jaguars making this a prime location for potential sightseeings
Exploring the Jaguar trail provides a unique experience and a chance to connect with nature and experience the wonders of the Belizean Rainforest. This is known as a home to wildlife including howler monkeys, spider monkeys, tapirs, numerous bird species and many cave systems in which we explore.
Day 1:
Trek through the jungles of Belize to Camp 1, as you learn about the flora and fauna.
Set camp (we use sleeping hammocks with mosquito net)
Set Jungle motion cameras on strategic locations to capture photographs of wildlife during night time
Night hike for nocturnal wildlife spotting (optional)
Day 2:
After breakfast, we will trek to the second camp, (creek side camp). Amidst this tropical paradise, tucked away in the heart of the jungle are 2 remarkable dry Caves that we will explore, where history, nature, and pure exhilaration intertwine. Brace yourself as we uncover the secrets of these ancient treasures and discover this new highlight of our Jaguar Trail jungle trek and caving expedition.
Day 3: Morning Birding before breakfast (open) Swimming (open) Pack up and then trek through citrus farms towards the exit. We will review SD cards from cameras for exciting photographs of wildlife.

ACTUN TUNICHIL MUKNAL CAVE THE STONE SEPULCHRE (Mother of all caves). Ranks # 1 in the "top 10 sacred caves" list by National Geographic. This cave is located in the Tapir Mountains ... moreReserve. Discovered in 1989 and soon gained archeological importance as one of the 10 sacrificial caves in Belize, and now, in the World.
In the cave, opportunities arise to see skeletal remains of 14 individuals, including and most famous CRYSTAL MAIDEN. Most skeletal remains sparkle as they have been covered in calcite crystals from being in that constant cave environment for over a thousand years. ATM cave was known for performing rituals to appease the rain god of Xibalba, the underworld.
Getting to ATM involves a 45-minute moderate jungle trail hike. While entering the cave, there is a river flowing out, so swimming for short distances and getting wet is part of this tour.
