Cave tubing is a uniquely Belizean activity that refers to floating through underground cave systems on inflatable inner tubes. This tour includes an experienced, professional. Headlamps, life vests, and the inner tubes will be provided.

Boarding the inner tubes, participants will be guided by the tranquil currents into the Jaguar Paw Cave. Once inside, the light from the headlamps will reveal a lost world of sparkling stalactites and stalagmites. Floating through this subterranean world is a great way to relax as well as enjoy the beauty and wonder of the complex cave formations.

Belize Zipline Tour

After spending a few hours marveling at the majesty of the Jaguar Paw Cave, participants will then enjoy a thrilling adventure, sailing through the rainforest on a series of zip lines.

Zip lines are sturdy metal cables that run for hundreds of feet through the jungle canopy. Participants climb to platforms mounted high up in the trees and then attached to secure harnesses that are attached to the cables or zip lines. Participants then launch themselves into the air, sailing at high speed through the rainforest, giving them a bird’s eye view of the plants and animals that call the canopy home.

In order to fully enjoy this combination of cave tubing and zip line tour, participants are encouraged to bring their cameras, a change of clothes, a swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, and sturdy hiking shoes. The entire reserve focuses on a cut through the reef ( called a Quebrada ) which is little more than 25 yards wide and 30 feet deep about 04 miles southeast of San Pedro. Hole Chan has burgeoned into a unique refuge, with vigorous coral formations and richness of marine life. Realizing the importance of the coral reef community off Ambergris Caye, Belize, the Government of Belize established the Hole chan Marine Reserve on May 02. 1987. Shark Ray Alley was officially declared Zone ''D'' of the Hole Chan Marine Reserve on August 31st,1999.

We will then head to the neighboring Shark Ray Alley, where you will snorkel or dive and be able to get up close and personal with ecstatic Nurse Sharks and Southern Stingray. When you arrive, you will see surface often bolling with rolling sharks and stingray as they compete for the scraps. these creatures have a great tolerance for divers and snorkelers. The rays, which have a 'wing-span' of two to four feet, swim directly towards the divers, mouths often turned up hoping for a handheld tad bit to be placed near their mouths. We then proceed along the Marine Parade and provide historical information on key locations such as Chateau Caribbean Hotel, Memorial Park, Central Bank of Belize, MCC Grounds, BTL Park (formerly known as Lindbergh Landing), Marion Jones Sporting Complex, Central Bank, Old Belize City Prison among many other buildings.

After seeing Northside Belize City, we will travel up the George Price Highway approximately 40 minutes out of the City whilst learning a little about who George Price was and what he has done for our country.

Along the highway, guests will be able to see some small communities and some flora and fauna along the highways as well as some wetlands. You will then arrive at the Belize Zoo where your tour guide will allow you some time to use the restroom before you start the tour for about an hour.

At the Belize Zoo, you will be able to see some native animals to Belize as well as some troublesome animals such as Jaguars and Crocodiles that were harming the livestock of our farmers. Some were donated to the Belize Zoo because they were illegal to have as a pet, and others were rescued from the wild.
